Meet Entries Are Attached AND HAVE BEEN UPDATED 12/10/22 (click on the paperclip). Please let Diana know if you see any errors. Be sure to check for relay events. Almost everyone has been added to a relay.

We will be warming up at 8:20am (10 minutes earlier than what was originally published). Please try to be at Lke Forest by 8am.

Notes from the Coach at Lake Forest:
Your team will sit at the deep end of the part of the stands. With 70 swimmers and families, it will be a tight fit but we will definitely make it work. There is a large lobby outside the pool area that some families like to sit in and just come into the pool to watch their swimmers. We had to do it that way during COVID and some families enjoyed not sitting in the hot pool area. When you turn into the entrance of the high school, you’ll see the tennis courts on the right and a large parking lot after them. Have your families park there and come to the closest entrance. The pool is on the right as soon as you enter the school.

This meet is open to ALL swimmers on the team (includes Beginner, Basic, Advanced, Junior, JO, HSB, HSA, and O groups).

Please note that this is an “away” meet. It takes place at Lake Forest High School. This is about an hour drive from our pool. Our team’s warm up is at 8:20am. The meet begins at 9:00 am. The meet will probably last 2 to 3 hours, ending around 11am to noon.

I especially encourage our swimmers at the Beginner, Basic, Advanced, and junior levels to participate. This is a great opportunity to do some of the shorter races.

Please log in to your Swim Manager portal and indicate whether you plan to attend or not attend the meet. You may also select the events you would like to swim (up to 3 individual events). You will NOT be able to select relays, but I plan to put all swimmers in relays. There are Free relays at the beginning of meet and medley relays at the end of the meet. In the Free relays, all swimmers swim freestyle. In the medley relays, each swimmer swims one of the four strokes (back, breast, fly or free).
