Sending an update.
We are good with the change for Session 1 on Saturday. If you have any changes because of this switch, please let me know. With this change, since it’s a separate session every swimmer will have to provide their own timer and counter.
Attached I have the most current psych sheets and timelines for both meets. If your recon came with some names and or/DOB correction, please send me those and I will fix them manually.

Wishing you all a Happy New Year. I’m Pablo Marmolejo and I’ll be the Meet Director for the weekend.
I wanted to update you on a change we have planned for the first day of our ABBC meet.
Pending approval from our meet ref, we would like to make the 500 free a separate session to be able to fit all of your swimmers in the 500 free and not having to make any cuts. The change would push Session 2 thirty minutes back and it would like this:
Event 1 through 20: 10am-1:25 pm
Warm up for 500 Session: 1:30-2:00pm
500 Session 2:00-3:30 pm
Session 2
Warm up 3:30-4:30 pm
Meet Start 4:30 pm
If this change affects you or your swimmers in a way that they can’t swim the 500 Free or attend the meet, we will issue a full refund. Once approved by our meet ref, I will send out a confirmation email to you all. I just wanted to get the information out to you as soon as possible.

A/BB/C Meet (swimmers 9 and older) is Sat & Sun, 1/15 & 1/16, 2022

Mini Meet (swimmers 8 & under only) is Sunday only, 1/16/2021

On 1/15, we are also hosting the AquaEagles for a dual meet. We recommend the older swimmers definitely do the USA meet rather than the dual meet. For swimmers 12 & under, we will leave this up to you.
